北京大地远通成立于1995年，经过10余年的不懈努力，形成了以河北矿业、四川水电、吉林矿业为主体的大型综合性企业。

2000年以来公司积极投资于矿山建设，现已建成以承德为基地的北方最大的钒钛磁铁矿企业。公司拥有矿山面积6平方千米，保有矿石储量20亿吨以上，六座大型采选联合矿山，年处理原矿能力4000万吨，铁精矿产量400万吨，综合回收磷精矿70万吨，钛精矿25万吨，同时于2004年与首钢、承钢合资兴建一座年产200万吨的球团厂，公司的矿业销售收入已超过40亿元。为优化产业结构，公司在成都成立四川远通水电开发有限公司。现四川水电公司已在阿坝州、甘孜等地投资10亿元，拥有在建规模40万千瓦装机，总开发权益100万千瓦装机，与此同时，四川远通还将积极参与四川矿业的开发。

PROFILE

   Beijing Dadi Yuantong was established in 1995. With more than 10 years development , it has grewn to a big all-around enterprise with mining in Hebei,  hydrodynamic power in Sichuan and  mining in Jilin,  Since 2000, we actively invested in mining, by now it grows to be the largest vanadium-titanium magnetite enterprise in north China with its base in Chengde. The enterprise owns mines about 6KM²with more than 200 million tons ore reserves, 6 large mine and mill run joint mines. Ore processing capacity per year exceeds 40 million tons. Essential iron ore turnout is 4 million tons, total recovery essential phosphate ore 700 thousand tons, essential titanium 250 thousand tons. In 2004 the enterprise jointly established a pellet plant of yearly turnout about 2 million tons together with Capital Steel and Chengde Steel. Mining sale revenue over RMB 400 million. To optimize the industrial structure, the company established Sichuan Yuantong Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. in Chengdu, Sichuan province. The latter has invest about RMB 100 million about Aba and Ganzi, owns on-installed generators 40 million kilowatts and total development rights of 100 million kilowatts generators. Sichuan Yuantong will also be actively involved in the development of mining industry in Sichuan.
